We hope everyone had a fabulous Thanksgiving holiday and had a chance to enjoy it with the people you're most thankful in your life! this time of year never fails to remind me of all the many MANY things I have to be thankful, but none more than those I hold dear to my heart!

sarah and i recently had the best time at the 2009 Mountain Home Chamber of Commerce Banquet. with Jimmy Cusano as a guest speaker, it was impossible not to laugh and have a great time... and we were there to capture him, the award winners of the evening, along with a few of you that decided to take advantage of your fabulous selves for a photo op! :)

On this veterans day, I just want to pause for a moment, take a deep breath and break from the crazy pace that is life, and say THANK YOU to all of our veterans.  Your gift is priceless and precious, and there just simply aren't enough words to express how thankful we are. You are loved beyond measure. :)

And because it's officially against jclare rules to post without images, here are some from an amazing family that we're getting ready to design some super fabulous custom christmas cards for! :)

is a HERO in my book. :) Now if we could just keep it that way for a few more days, that would be beyond wonderful!

I've got a ton of editing to get caught up on, new holiday cards to design (yes, it IS that time of year again!), along with a full schedule of shoots lined up for this week and a full day of mini sessions this coming Saturday (have YOU signed up for yours yet?) but in the meantime... here's some favorites from a recent session... :)

it's official.... we've got a date.

A real date. Flowers, opening doors and the whole bit. Okay, so maybe the door opening thing was a bit much, but the rest of it's pretty true. Especially if you trade "flowers" for, say, "pumpkins."

The date? You, me, and our ever-so-fabulous semi-annual MINI-SESSIONS! :)  Yes, they come around twice a year, and our fall mini sessions are here! And here's the best part... we are doing TWO (yes, count 'em - TWO) Saturday's in a row - because you asked us to!  The other awesomeness that is part of this news? One of the dates just oh-so-happens to fall on Halloween, which is the PERFECT opportunity to just PROVE to the world that you truly DO have the cutest ladybug/bumblebee/pea-in-a-pod in the world - just bring your cutie by the studio and have a mini-session done!

Packages start at just $35 and include your sitting fee, and you get to pick out your favorite image immediately after your session!  You may purchase extra packages OR extra prints off our regular pricelist at 15% off. :)

I'm trying to make good on my promise to blog more often! :) and all I can say is this girl makes me sooo jealous! she makes me want to turn the music up loud, dance around in skinny jeans, striped socks and off the shoulder shirts!  Maybe even rock a side pony! (and then I'll go home and watch some old episodes of Saved by the Bell! ;)

mini sessions are coming!

the fall mini sessions are coming!!!

Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 24th... from 9am-3pm... because it's that time of year again! Our FALL MINI SESSIONS ARE BACK! :)

Packages start at just $35, include your session fee, and you get to pick your favorite image immediately after your session!!  The mini-sessions are quick, no-fuss-no-muss sessions, and are perfect for little ones, big ones, moms on the go, dads looking for some BIG brownie points (sneak the kids away and surprise mom with prints in just two weeks!) and everyone in between!  Plus, with holidays just around the corner... you just can't go wrong!!  :)
